MANAGEMENT APP
MEMBERSHIP APP: Admin
Overview: This is an admin app for operators to manage members.
When a client/operator logs into the Admin App, they are presented with the dashboard view of their account below.
HOME VIEW
This view consists of: Membership Programs: This is the total number of active membership programs the client has created or has been created for the client account.
Active Subscribers: This is the total active subscribers across all available programs for the client account.
Current Cash Credit Total: This is the total cash credit that members have prepaid across all active membership programs.
Active Membership Program List: This is a list of all the active membership Programs for the client account. It has the following elements:
- a. Program Image/Logo: (defaults to Account Default)
- b.Program Name: Name of the program
- c. No of Members: Total number of active member subscribers
- D. Prepaid Cash: Total cash credit balance for the membership of all active members
Newest Subscribers: This is a list of the 5 newest subscribers for a monthly period.
Each new subscriber line item consists of:
- Member Profile image (defaults to rebelity default)
- Name of the Program subscribed to
- Their cash load balance.
ADMIN MEMBERSHIP DETAILS VIEW (View only)
Image:
This is the membership image. If none exists, it defaults to the organizer logo.
Membership Name:
Name of the membership program
Membership Period:
Under the membership Name is the start and end date of the program
Members:
This shows the number of members subscribed to the program. It links to a searchable list of all members.
Prepaid Cash:
This shows the current total of all cash load credits for the membership program.
Description:
A brief description of the membership program
Included Privileges:
This is a list of included privileges that come with the membership
Base Price:
This is the cost of the membership without any add ons.
Cycle:
The payment period when membership payments are due
Available Add-on Privileges: (View Only- NON EDITABLE)
These are additional perks or privileges that can be added onto a membership program. They may or may not have a cost.
Privilege Name: Name of the Add-on privilege
Privilege Description: A brief description of the Add-on privilege
Privilege Cost: The cost of the Add-on privilege
Payment Option: (View Only:NON EDITABLE)
Shows the default payment setting. Set to autopay by default.
EDIT THIS SUBSCRIPTION: This will open the default browser and redirect to an update page on the admin website.
MEMBERS LIST
For Each membership program, operators can filter members by first and/or last name or by membership ID.
Program Image:
This is the membership image. If none exists, it defaults to the organizer logo.
Membership Name:
Name of the membership program
Membership Period:
Under the membership Name is the start and end date of the program
Search Input: This will filter on user first and/or last name, or Membership ID if scanned in or entered manually.
Member: By default, this lists members in order of registration date with most recent on top. Member element displays:
Member First and Last name
Prepaid Cash Balance
Current Status.
When a user is selected, it opens the members Detail View.

This view lists a members details
Member Icon:
This is the members avatar/profile image
Member Name
This is the members first and last name
Membership Name
Name of the subscribed Membership
Member Details to be displayed:
Name: Members First and Last Name
Member since: Date of member subscription
Status: Members current standing
Cash Balance: Members Available cash balance
Email: Members Email
Phone: Members Phone no.
Address: Members full Address
Member ID: Members unique membership ID
MEMBER PROFILE BUTTON : Opens Edit Profile view where a member’s information can be updated by operator.
MEMBERSHIP CONTROLS BUTTON: Opens Member Controls view where operator can manage member functions
ADD CASH TO MEMBER ACCOUNT BUTTON: Opens Cash Load view where operator can add cash to a members account
MEMBER PASSWORD: Opens Password reset view (changepassword.tsx) where operator can reset members password.
EDIT MEMBER PROFILE
This view allows the operator to edit and save a member’s profile information. It contains the following fields:
Update profile picture – allows operator to upload a profile picture
First Name – user first name
Last Name – user last name
Phone No. – User phone no.
Email – User email
Street– User’s street address
City- User’s city
State- User’s State
Zip- User’s Zip
Save Account Settings Button – This button saves the operator’s edit.
MEMBER CARD CONTROL
This view will allow an operator to set a user membership card and pause or remove it.

Member Name: Membersfirst and last name

Member Card Controls
Pause NFC Membership Card – Allows an operator to temporarily suspend functions of their membership card.
Remove Current NFC Membership Card – Allows a member to cancel and remove the currently connected Membership NFC Card as shown below.
Add New NFC Membership Card – This option is only available if NFC Card has been removed. It will activate device NFC to prompt for a new membership card to be connected.

Load Cash View
This view allows the operator to add a cash balance to a members account
Member icon: Members Avatar is displayed
Member Name: Membersfirst and last name
Membership Name: Membership Program Name
Current Cash Balance: Shows the current cash balance
Load Input: Input to enter the load amount
Load Cash Button: Saves the load amount and adds it to the Current cash balance. When pressed, the cash Drawer opens.
