Cannot log into Bistro even if the correct PIN is entered. This happens if an admin does not log out of the system for 14 days. The Authorization token expires. User PIN’s are not recognized as valid. Admins are required to log out of the system between operation hours.
Solution:
- Go to the Settings App On the Tablet, and find the Apps Menu option.
- Scroll until you find the Bistro App and select it
- There will be a Storage option. Select that
- Clear the storage and accept to clear all program data.
- Exit settings and re-open the Bistro App.
- Log in and enter PIN
